  1. Protein-Packed Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 

1 scoop Qia Wellness Women’s Health Protein Powder (any flavor)

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen berries

1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Toppings: fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds

Instructions:

Blend the protein powder, frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, and chia seeds until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.

 

  1. Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 scoop Qia Wellness Women’s Health Protein Powder (Chocolate Caramel flavor, Chocolate Peanut Butter or Café Mocha)

1 cup oat flour

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

Instructions: 

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
