Refund policy

At QiA, we’re committed to delivering top-quality products. We understand there might be occasions where returns are necessary. Here’s our policy for such situations:

  • Eligibility: We only accept returns/replacements for incorrect, damaged, or expired products.
  • Request Window: Submit your return/refund request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at customer@qiawellness.info.
  • Process: Upon reviewing and verifying your request, we'll arrange a reverse pickup from your location. Once we inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within 48 hours if it meets our return criteria.
  • Conditions: Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged due to mishandling (e.g. stains, broken seals, damaged labels) on your part. No claims will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
